Spa Amenities

During your visit you will be assigned a locker to store your personal belongings. For your comfort and convenience we will provide you with a robe and slippers. We also provide towels and other toiletry items such as shampoo, conditioner, body wash and lotion. You are welcome to use the spa facilities before and after your scheduled treatment.

Special Health Considerations

Please be sure to notify us of any health concerns (including pregnancy) when booking your appointments. Our staff will be happy to offer guidance as to which treatments will be the most beneficial and those that should be avoided due to safety, physical limitations, or sensitivity.

Appropriate Arrival Time

If this is your first visit, please arrive at least 30 Minutes prior to your appointment to allow yourself time to register, become familiar with our facility, relax, and unwind before receiving your treatment.

Parking

There is ample public parking located directly behind our building. It is easy to access from Ocean View Blvd or Market Street off of Honolulu Avenue. Our Spa entrance is located on Honolulu Avenue.

Spa Etiquette

Spa Pura is an oasis for relaxation and rejuvenation. To maintain this environment, we ask that all of our guests are respectful of others’ privacy. Kindly speak softly, and deactivate any communication devices, such as cell phones or pagers.  As Korean scrubs are performed inside the women’s spa facilities, we ask that conversations be kept to a minimum while in the jacuzzi. We ask that clients are mindful of one another and our facilities in order to maintain a calm and clean environment for everyone to enjoy. In addition to limiting phone use and speaking softly, we kindly ask that clients please throw trash away in the proper receptacles and put used towels, robes and sandals in the designated baskets. Additionally, we ask clients to please conserve towel use so that there are enough towels for all clients to enjoy.

Gift Cards

You may purchase gift cards in any dollar increment. Gift Cards are available at the reception desk, the boutique, or through one of our phone reservationists.
